Conscious Living
Contentment and happiness thanks to a conscious lifestyle
Ein bewusster Lebensstil ist heute keine Ideologie mehr, sondern eine gut belegte Antwort auf zentrale Herausforderungen unserer Zeit: Klimakrise, chronische Erkrankungen und mentale Erschöpfung.
Today, a conscious lifestyle is no longer an ideology, but a well-substantiated response to the key challenges of our time: the climate crisis, chronic illnesses, and mental exhaustion.
Current findings in health sciences clearly show that an ethical diet rich in plant-based foods and vital nutrients supports both our individual life force and the health of our planet.
A minimalist lifestyle offers the opportunity to break free from unconscious consumption and to consciously direct one’s energy toward what truly matters:
Health - Relationships - Passion -
Self-development - Contribution to society
This is a proven way to experience satisfaction and happiness, as reduced consumption, mindful nutrition, and regular physical activity are associated with higher life satisfaction and lower stress levels. For me personally, the transition to a zero-waste household was a decisive step: I permanently reduced my waste volume to one 17-liter bag every two months – a gain for the environment, while also benefiting from greater clarity and quality of life.
Through my workshops, I invite you to discover this path in a practical, joyful, and everyday-friendly way.
Give the gift of an experience
Are you looking for a gift? In the Zero Waste lifestyle, we give experiences instead of things. Why not give the gift of a workshop, a course or a yoga weekend? I will create a voucher for the desired amount on paper or in digital form.
Yoga & Lifestyle – Harmony for Body, Mind, and Environment
Yoga has traditionally stood for a holistic lifestyle. Yoga practice, breathwork, and mental training reduce stress hormones, regulate processes in the body, and strengthen body awareness.
For me, a healthy lifestyle means nourishing the body with pleasure, providing it with the nutrients it needs depending on each phase of life. Foods full of life force (Prana) give us energy and taste delicious. However, a prerequisite is that the body has gone through a withdrawal from sugar and fast food.
What is particularly important to me:
• healthy, plastic-free foods to avoid hormonally active pollutants
• an ethical diet that considers animal welfare, environmental protection, and global justice
• the use of medicinal herbs and wild plants, whose effectiveness is well documented in phytotherapy
Women after menopause have an increased need for high-quality protein in order to maintain or build muscle mass. Calcium, magnesium, and antioxidant nutrients are important to preserve bone density and metabolic health. A protein-rich vegan diet for women after menopause can optimally meet these needs. Raw foods, fermentation, and sprouts demonstrably increase the bioavailability of many nutrients and support a healthy gut flora – a key factor for hormonal balance and the immune system.
