I was still small and could hardly read when a strange orange book with pictures of yoga postures captivated me. Since then, yoga has accompanied me as a means of self-care. Nevertheless, my life reached a low point in 2014. At that time, I suffered from enormous stress and struggled with serious health problems, especially in my joints and eyes. Back then, I realised that there was only one thing I really wanted to do and that was to practise a set of yoga postures called sun salutation.
This dream came true after a five-week stay in an Ayurvedic clinic in India. There I got the yoga bug! Since my return, I meditate daily and do my morning sadhana every day. In addition, I have been offering various yoga courses and accompanying yoga retreats since the summer of 2019.
From 2022 to 2025 I was active as Co-President of the Swiss Kundalini Yoga Association SKY, and was committed to bringing people together through yoga. I offer my yoga courses, yoga weekends and yoga holidays in German, French and English, depending on the offer. In Kundalini Yoga I have the spiritual name Sangeet Fateh Kaur. It means ‘the Lioness who victoriously overcomes any of Life's challenges through connecting to God's divine music and harmony.’

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful technique to face daily challenges creatively, clearly and calmly. You strengthen your mental power, your nervous and immune system with dynamic physical exercises, mindful breathing, relaxation and meditation. You can also activate your self-healing powers. The aim is to awaken your potential in order to realise your life goals with clarity.
Do you want to take time out regularly and do something good for your body? Are you not so flexible or do you have minor health problems? Have you never tried yoga before? In this course you will learn the basics of yoga with a focus on body awareness and simple but effective exercises.
Are you visually impaired or in a wheelchair and interested in yoga? Then I look forward to hearing from you. I have been offering yoga for people with visual impairments since 2019 and have an exciting programme for wheelchair users. Yoga can be adapted to individual needs and is therefore wonderfully suitable for everyone.
Hatha yoga brings you strength, flexibility, serenity and inner peace. My Hatha Yoga classes are meditative, which means we often practise with our eyes closed. This is because body awareness, mindfulness and affirmations can help you to feel calm and can reduce stress. After each practice of simple but effective postures - asanas - we end the session feeling deeply relaxed.
Discover and learn how to use breathing exercises to increase your vitality, regulate your energy levels and completely relax in just a few minutes. Pranayama has the potential to increase your lung capacity, improve your breathing and increase the oxygen supply to your cells.
Do you already know yamas and niyamas and want to dive deeper into the world of yoga philosophy? Then practice pranayama and bandhas with me. You can also delve deeper into yogic topics such as chakras, universal laws and yogic nutrition. During the practice we open ourselves up to the miracle of life and spirituality.
